Cookie Policy

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored by a website in your browser. Websites may also use similar technologies, such as local storage, session storage, tags, pixels, and device identifiers.

These technologies can help websites work correctly, remember preferences, understand how visitors use a website, protect against abuse, and support advertising where applicable.

Current TextUni browser storage

The current TextUni source uses browser local storage for a website preference. Local storage stays on your device until you clear it using browser controls.

Based on the current source reviewed, we did not identify an active Google Analytics script, Google AdSense script, or other advertising script. This may change when those services are configured for deployment.

Types of technologies that may apply to TextUni

Essential and functional technologies

These technologies may be needed to operate the website, remember a setting, provide security, or maintain basic website functionality.

Preference technologies

These technologies may remember choices made on the website, such as a display or interface preference.

Analytics technologies

When Google Analytics is enabled, it may use cookies or similar technologies to help us understand website usage and performance. This information can help us improve TextUni tools, pages, usability, and technical reliability.

Advertising technologies

When Google AdSense is enabled, Google and other third-party vendors may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, measure, limit, or personalise advertising where permitted by law and by the advertising configuration.

Google Analytics

TextUni intends to use Google Analytics for website measurement. When enabled, Google Analytics may collect and process information according to Google's policies and the configuration used for TextUni.

Google AdSense and advertising cookies

TextUni intends to use Google AdSense. Once advertising is enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on visits to this website and/or other websites, where permitted.

Google and its partners may independently process information under their own policies. You can manage personalised advertising through Google Ads Settings. You can also review Google's AdSense cookie and privacy-policy guidance.

Managing cookies and browser storage

You can manage, block, or delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings. The exact steps depend on your browser and device.

Disabling or removing some technologies may affect saved preferences, website functionality, measurement, or advertising choices. It does not prevent all technical information from being processed by hosting or security providers when you visit a website.

Consent and preferences

Some regions require websites to obtain consent or provide specific privacy choices before using certain cookies or similar technologies, especially for analytics and personalised advertising.

TextUni will need to implement an appropriate consent-management or preference mechanism before or when relevant services are activated where legally required. This policy does not claim that a consent-management platform is currently active.

Changes to this Cookie Policy

We may update this policy when TextUni, its analytics, advertising, browser storage, or legal requirements change. The latest version will appear on this page.
